Original matter raised June 2024: West Area Estate Walks, Cllr Hewitt confirmed there was a Hangleton estate walk but no Knoll Walk. Deemed ongoing.
Response August 2024: officers confirmed a citywide schedule being rolled out by the new year

We are aware that tenants want to see more Officers on site inspecting their areas. Because of this, we are recruiting 8 Neighbourhood Officer roles who will have Estate Inspections as a key part of their job. The job adverts are live. We will plan a full schedule of inspections once these roles are in place and thank residents for bearing with us at this time.
